About Introduction to Social psychology


Introduction to social psychology is purported to prologue the learners with the goals; understand its underlying theoretical assumptions and perspectives of social psychology as applied to our real world that will get you well acquainted with the ubiquitous social and interpersonal processes as helping others, hurting others, social influence, attitude and attitude changes, prejudice and discrimination, interpersonal attraction, etc. It will also help you in developing full-fledged theories of social psychology in different areas as at individual level, group processes, community, organizational and societal levels.As with any survey course, we will not cover every aspect of the field, nor will we be able to study any aspect in depth. Rather, this course is intended to prepare you for more advanced study on topics in social psychology and related fields that are of interest to you.
