About Epidemiology
This epidemiology for health informatics students’ course is designed to equip students with the basic concepts of epidemiology, communicable disease epidemiology, measures of disease occurrence, establishment of disease causation, epidemiological study designs, outbreak investigation and management, screening in disease control and epidemiological surveillance. Introduces quantitative measures to determine risk, association and procedures for standardization of rates.
